6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing clear and reasonably safe access to the areas where work will be performed.

Customers should remove or protect valuable, fragile, or sensitive items from work areas before service begins.

Pets, children, and unauthorized individuals should be kept away from active work zones.

Customers must notify K&B Foam Pros of any known hazardous, unsafe, or unusual conditions before work begins, including suspected mold, asbestos, structural damage, electrical hazards, water damage, chemical exposure, or pest activity.

K&B Foam Pros is not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed, removed, or reasonably protected before work began unless such damage results directly from our negligence.

7. Scope of Work Disclaimer

K&B Foam Pros performs only the services included in the approved estimate, work order, or service agreement.

Our services do not include hazardous material remediation, mold remediation, asbestos removal, major structural repair, electrical repair, plumbing repair, pest control, or other services unless expressly stated in writing.

If hazardous or unexpected conditions are discovered during a project, work may be paused until the issue is evaluated or corrected.

Additional work, materials, time, or charges will be discussed with the customer before proceeding when applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K&B Foam Pros will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

This may include delays, service interruptions, loss of use, or property conditions that were not caused by our negligence or intentional misconduct.

10. No Guarantee of Energy Savings

Spray foam insulation and other insulation services may help improve comfort, air sealing, and building performance.

Actual energy savings vary based on property size, construction, HVAC equipment, existing insulation, air leakage, thermostat settings, occupancy, energy usage, weather conditions, and other factors.

K&B Foam Pros does not guarantee a specific percentage of energy savings unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

11. Concrete Lifting Results

Concrete lifting results depend on the condition of the slab, soil, voids, settlement, drainage, surrounding structures, and site conditions.

K&B Foam Pros will evaluate whether concrete lifting is appropriate for the affected area before work begins.

Concrete lifting does not correct all causes of soil movement and cannot guarantee that future settlement will never occur.

Any specific warranty or limitation related to concrete lifting will be provided as part of the applicable project documentation.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an appointment or project with reasonable notice.

Refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the project, labor already performed, scheduling commitments, materials ordered, and other costs incurred.

Materials purchased specifically for a customer's project may be non-refundable.

Any cancellation fees or project-specific terms included in an estimate or service agreement will remain applicable.

13. Force Majeure

K&B Foam Pros is not responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, equipment failures, utility outages, transportation interruptions, or similar events.
